Chicago Lobster & Dim Sum

Hello! This past weekend I went to Chicago with a few friends and had a lot of fun. Did a little shopping do ill be posting up what I bought. The highlight of my trip was the big seafood buffet that we went to. It was my first time eating lobster. Sure was delicious!

I actually wanted to go to Chicago to shop at Ikea but didn't have time and it wasn't on the way to where my friends wanted to go so I guess it's next time. Hope you guys enjoy the pics. :)

Easter Weekend

This past weekend was an eventful weekend for me. I went to a baby shower, barbecue party, movie date, and some other stuff that I forgot. I rarely get weekends off because of my retail job so when I get one I take advantage of it! The photo collage is from the fancy baby shower. Enjoy!

Something Blue

This past Saturday, I attended my friend's wedding. I love weddings and when I get invited, I go! One of the things I love about weddings is dressing up and go but just to be a part of witnessing two people proclaiming love for each other is a great honor for me. I didn't get to take a lot of pictures of the groom & bride but my pic is enough.

I love love love pink these days and it's because there are so many cute clothes in with that color! I'm never really the type to wear pink unless I have to but I'm just pink crazed lately! Here are the things I bought over the weekend and it's all from Charlotte Russe! :)

Closet Makeover

Hi! I've been storming up ideas on how to update my closet and lately it's been going nowhere. I've had this closet space for a little over 5 years and it looked the same as it did then. I wanted to add more lighting, storage boxes and more color. I don't color coordinate my clothes because i don't like one color(black) dominating the other colors. As weird as that sounds, it makes perfect sense to me. Haha. Anywho, here is my closet. It's not clean or anything and most of my shoes aren't in the right places. But once I'm done with my 'After' picture I'll post it up. Have a great day.

New Look for 2012

Hi! So I’ve been doing some extreme contemplation on dying my hair. I’ve been the girl that never dyed their hair because of many reasons and they are quite reasonable as to why. For one thing, I’ve never cared for the hair change until recently. Maybe it’s the 20-something life crisis, my dull look or whatever it is but I’m sure that it’s the hair issue. My hair is a virgin to hair dye products so I’m not really sure what the effects will be once it goes under the radar. Haha just kidding but I hope it doesn’t make me go bald like some myths about dying hair. Well, anyways, I went in to my usual hair salon last week to get a trim and talked with my hair dresser. She advised me to wait till their CAW in March so I could get some discounts. So I’m waiting till March to do it. Till then I’m looking around for ideas on what color I should go with.
Here are my ideas that I have so far.

I have to look for the appropriate term for these colors before going in. The least I can do. Have a great day.

Icings & Forever21 Haul

My PS skills are not that great so I'm not doing any of these items justice but I promise that these are really cute items. :) I got the silver & glittery box, pink flower hair piece, and the Marilyn Monroe quote canvas from Icings. Then the two earrings, bracelet and the bird ring holder were from Forever21.

My favorite thing from my shopping spree was these pair of earrings. I love the colors of the jewels and it'll go with anything!

I bought these wedges to get ready for the summer. I know it's only February but there's no such thing as being too prepared for the summer. I love wedges because they're comfortable and you wear them with jeans or a nice summer dress.

These are my rockstar heels! I have mostly black heels and these are awesome!

These were the items I bought this past weekend and I must say that I went crazy! No more shopping for a while. Or I shop in moderation. I don't like to spend alot of money all at once. I usually buy one or two items at a time but not this time. I just got extremely carried away with getting ready for the summer and yea. Haha.
